I'm in too. I will be more than happy to lose 5lbs but anything will be good. I'm recovering from recurring pericarditis and have been put on steroids for a couple of weeks to treat it, so will be grateful not to pile the weight on! Starting weight 155.4lbs. Thanks x

My grandmother suffered with hyponatremia when I was younger and now my mother does too. 2 miles yesterday so 79.5 miles to go. I will have to scrap the idea of going out for a long bike ride on the weekend as my youngest son has come down with chicken pox this morning so we will be under house arrest for the next two weeks! He still seems himself though so hopefully it will just pass.

2 miles walking today so 81.5 to go. Haven't been feeling great for the past few days so will have to pull my socks up now! Will try to convince my husband and kids to go for a long bike ride on the weekend to boost the mileage x

I'm still here too. Have had a head cold for the past few days so went over calories most days but back on track from today (I know, no excuses!!). Don't feel that great after pigging out so will have to remember in future! Well done everyone x

Day 2 and 3 went well. I have had more than 3 coffees but I'm going to let myself off on that as I've got a terrible sore throat and the baby hasn't been sleeping too well! persistent33- I find that if I click on the "view" word next to the person that last posted, it takes me to the last page. Hi All, My weight this morning is 158lbs.My plan is to lose 6lbs this month.
