2/2: 2.5 miles elliptical
2/2: 6.0 miles ( 1 hr boot camp - I worked more than I would for a 6 mile run, but my pace is around 10min/mile)
Total to date: 8.5 mi
BTW how do you get the exercise rickers?

I have never used Ticket Factory but I'm sure there are others on MFP that can help with that. In order to join/track you just post the mileage that you completed each day on this thread (which can be found in "My Topics"). Keep up with your total mileage each time you post so you can keep track. Just look at the others' postings for examples.0 -
