    Here goes so far, all walking :smile:
    2/1 -- 4 miles
    2/2 -- 1 mile
    2/3 -- 3 miles
    2/4 -- no miles, but ran a snowblower for an hour!
    2/5 -- 5 miles

    So far: 13 miles.

    2/2: 6.0 miles ( 1 hr boot camp - I worked more than I would for a 6 mile run, but my pace is around 10min/mile)

    Total to date: 8.5 mi

    BTW how do you get the exercise rickers?

    you should just be able to click on someones ticker and it will send you to the site. If not, than go to tickerfactory.com and it tells you how to do it. (When you have put in all the info you need to copy the bbCode and paste it here in your post).

    lucky i was keeping track...i have upped my goal by 10% and have fewer days...will see how that goes!!
