    Jan 16 3.87 Total so far 35.65 miles. I have recently been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis but have been given the ok to walk! :) At this rate I need 5 miles per day to catch up! I'm not sure if I'll make it but I'm going to try.

    2 miles yesterday so 79.5 miles to go. I will have to scrap the idea of going out for a long bike ride on the weekend as my youngest son has come down with chicken pox this morning so we will be under house arrest for the next two weeks! He still seems himself though so hopefully it will just pass.
