Great idea. I haven't been keeping track. I am not even sure how to going a group so will try to figure it out. Biking has been my tool against the throes of ninth baby fat etc. Making progress.0

Miles for 02/07 - walked 3 miles
total for February is 18 miles
tomorrow I add line dancing - had a problem with my knee and had to take a week off.
I still cannot get the exercise ticker to come up
I tried it again this morning and all I got was the URL address. I must be doing something wrong.

I asked in tech help and somebody told me there used to be a place on the signature page, which I can't find, but that it was removed to dissuade people from using non-MFP tickers. If you find out differently pass the word!0 -

Are you talking about the MFP ticker or the Ticker factory ticker? If you want the MFP on to show every post you have to go into settings while in the main forum topics page and check the box to have it show every post.
If you want the ticker factory one to show, you have to paste it into every post. I keep a shortcut in my favorites bar (you can do it on your desktop if it's easier). I click on it, it sends me to the ticker page, I update the ticker then copy the link into my post. I only use the ticker factory on one this thread.0 -
