you could be gaining muscle as you are losing fat....muscle just weights more...you may want to measure yourself and count inchs lost for awhile...i just talked to a trainer about this same problem today

I did a 40min walk with the kids...

I'm in... I took a 30min walk with my kids yesterday and did 33mins on the eliptial this morining

the progam works if you stick with it....I found that it gets to be expensive depending on the amout of weight you have to lose.
