milk duds. oh for the love of god. I bought some on Friday to bring into work for the candy jar (that is thankfully not too close to my department) along with some M&M's and I ate ALL the milk duds, and there was not a small amount.

This!! I still eat cheat meals here and there, but no where near what I used to be eating. We used to go out for dinner almost every night. I had a conversation with a friend the other day about things we used to order when we would go out for dinner, and how looking back at it, there is no surprise how we got so fat.

scrambled egg, a sausage (cooked, and cut up or crumbled) a slice of cheese (I like the Kraft Cracker Barrel Swiss slices) rolled into a spinach tortilla and grilled on a panini press. Great after a workout, and keeps me full for a long time.
