You gotta respect me to love me. Without respect feelings are mere emotions lacking any real significance or choice...respect is the attitude that shows that you have love for someone, that you respect their emotions, their choices, their career etc. Its what separates one night stands and flings from real relationships.

That's awesome! Here it's general regarded as the polite thing to do (nod or smile) at anyone who is walking, hiking, jogging, running, biking on a trail....on the street in town not so much, but in a park or on a trail for sure.

Just have 1 or 2 drinks and do some cardio earlier in the day and/or eat healthy the rest of the day so that you have room for a couple drinks.

None of the above? Used to be vegitarian, now I eat chicken, but very very rarely any red meat I(and when I do I feel sick). I do not eat pork or seafood (except for fresh out of the water crab). I am also lactose intolerent...so I eat a lot of almond, lactose free, or soy products.

I'm 5'7.5 and am currently happy with the number on the scale (132), but ideally would like to be 128 just because I know that when I am really trying to be healthy, that is where I have been before. Mostly I just want to be more toned then I am currently.

I only drink G2 or Poweraid when I have been doing LONG stints of cardio...like a hike where I am not eating a lot or is longer then 4 or 5 hours, or the second half of a longer paddle. Otherwise I try and stick to water when exercising.

This. Make healthy food when she is around, and invite her to do cardio or other fitness activities WITH you for the bonding...not for the calorie burning. She is an adult, its demeaning to tell her what she should be doing, She is probably well aware that she's heavier then maybe she should be.
