  • Hi Kiwi - wow you have a big challenge! I'm just working one day at a time. Last night went for dinner at a friends, ate too much, drank too much wine, so back on track this morning!
  • Weightwatchers lets you account for extra calories by allowing you extra points each week that you can apply throughout the week, or to any one day. I find it works well, and you don't get really upset when I am over, because I have that extra leeway!:drinker:

  • this is a great site Charity. It's really easy to log everything. I used to do weightwatchers and this site is better in some aspects. So dive in - I'm sure it will help. And there is a lot of support to be had if you need it too!!
  • I started today - I weight 151.2 but haven't done my measurements yet. I will do them later, because I really want to see the difference. I intend to do alternate with WiiFit, so I hve recovery time.
  • I saw the DVD today and I am going out shortly to pick it up. I think they only had the one that was titled 30 minute shred with weights. Anyone know how many weights I will actually need, or if I can make do with cans and water bottles?
