  • Liking what you're saying, but what do you mean by I have my numbers wrong? Like the calorie calculation? As amazingly awesome ad (and assuming its you in the photo) is, I'm not after a body as toned & defined as yours. I'm more interested in burning fat than building muscle. I thought a calorie deficit was better for that?
