My results so far is that I lost 56 lbs in 5 weeks. I will be switching to weight lighting when I'm down in the mid 300's. I will definitely have to read that book, it sounds right down my ally. Thank you so much for giving me this much needed info!

Sodium is the HARDEST thing to do in my weight loss journey. I love salty things and I rarely eat fresh food. Instead of lowering my sodium, maybe I could increase my potassium and thus, pee out more of my sodium, would that help?

Damn this is depressing and expected. The full on tummy tuck is just a crazy surgery. I don't think it is worth that. I think I rather get down to around 240-275 and build a lot of muscle.
