Glad I'm not alone here :) I was thinking of trying to do an ab challenge (I have one saved my phone) along with daily pushups/leg lifts and just going extreme hardcore for like 30 days or 5 weeks or something to see if there are any before/afters.

Thank you guys. :) I do feel like I'm eating too little some day, but I often add in snacks such as cucumbers and beans or a ham sandwich between my exercises. Thanks for the suggestions, guys, I really appreciate it.

Thanks for the advice. :) I definitely will set little goals each day for myself (unrelated to health, as you said) and see how that goes. The deadline is really for my own mental motivations.. I'm not going to beat myself up if I'm not exactly on that goal by the end of August, but I don't think it's necessarily too much…
