You can go see a podiatrist and get fitted for some very expensive shoes, or try the Asics just depends on what you are willing to spend. The podiatrist will charge about $200-300 for a pair of shoes or you can try aspics at around $100. I do not recommend the inserts, total waste of money in my opinion.

Yes, I have also had this problem, really messed up my running for a good month. It happens from not wearing shoes with adequate arch support. It takes about a month to get your muscles to heal, don't even attempt to run while the muscles are torn, it will be a hell unlike no other! Instead do squats and stretches while…

I've used 5 HTP for mood enhancement, and yes it does work, so does valerian root! I've never tried raspberry key tones though. But I do know that when I am working out regularly my moods are on a natural "high" and those types of supplements aren't needed, however getting to that point takes time, 2 weeks at least.

^^^ This works! My husband and I were both confirmed lifetime smokers, as well as a few of our friends. After reading Allen Carr's The Easy Way to Stop Smoking I can proudly say I am smoke free 3 months strong, I smoked for 17 years. My husband for 23. My neighbor 32. It works. READ IT.

Same exact thing happened to me after I had my daughter, same size and all. I've found that the ONLY bras that fit me and are supportive as well as flattering were from Victoria's Secret. Their bras are so expensive but I wait til they have their bra sales (3x a year) and then I go insane!!! :)))

Hmmm, not sure if I've quite reached that pinnacle yet BUT I have noticed my taste preferences are changing day by day. I don't have "rest days" simply because it just feels way too good to be up and moving around. I like the burn!

Thank you all for the great information. I had no idea about the diary database being a little off, I will keep that in mind. I am definitely going to add in the coconut water, beets, fish (I need to eat more fish), quinoa. I'll look into the nutrition data.com as well, thank you all!

Thank you I will try the "no salt", can I buy that from Whole Foods? And I had no idea about the coconut water! I love that stuff!

Well, diabetes runs in my family and I had gestational diabetes with my last pregnancy, so I am trying to stay on the lower end of my sugar intake as possible.

I wouldn't know where to start, but my friend is a personal trainer so maybe he can give me some pointers too. Never heard of the book, NROLW??? I'm sure that must be an acronym but, I haven't been on MFP for even 2 weeks yet so I haven't really looked on very many boards either.

What sorts of strength training exercises have you found that works best for you?
-
Wow, well you look awesome :)

I've also heard that doing crunches and such won't get you a flat belly unless you do cardio and first lose the fat that sits un top of the muscles. Is this a myth?

I am 33, my c-section was 17 months ago. I have not done strength training. Just lots of cardio at this point, BUT, I will say that after a good run or bike ride my abs BURN. So I know I am getting something. I do yoga and planks, sometimes crunches and I will work with an 8lb weight ball. I can feel my abs are strong…

Are you keeping track of your sodium intake? That can cause an increase in weight due to water retention.
