  • Was gone Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, but did my 30DS (L1D3) bright and early this morning. I have to say it felt a little easier, except those pushups. I just have such a hard time with them!
  • I just finished day 2 and am so sore. My quads hurt. I'm not going to be able to do it on Sunday, but I'll pick right up on Monday. Promise!
  • Did Day 2 today, it was very hard. Ab work was ok, but doing the lunges was soooo hard, my quads hurt so bad. I noticed at times today that my butt and hips were a little sore, yay! That means stuff is getting worked. I just hope that in a few days it will get easier.

  • I just started today too. I was dying right after the very first pushups. But I'm excited about it and I want to stick with it. Hopefully you all will hold me accountable so that I keep on.
  • I'm going to be gone this weekend where I won't have a dvd player, so I'm planning on starting on Monday. I want to do it right and do 30 days in a row. I've never tried it before but I'm excited :)
  • I've recently gotten Zumba for the PS3 too, I love it. It is so fun! I've been putting it under Dancing, Aerobic because I don't have a heart rate monitor either.
