So it doesn't have to do with how much you weigh?

I've heard / read that a small meals every few hours are the best way to ensure you are always burning something. But that tactic doesn't work for me because I forget while IF seems easier.

I am not very good at knowing that, because I have been consuming way less than I should when left to my own devices.

I have a couple of questions... Is IF also, when you fast for a period of time every day? Say, your eating window is 9AM to 6PM (for me that means a good lunch but no dinner). Also, does IF lower your metabolism?

I read The Martian during the summer. It was very good with lots of technical stuff and problem solving, so if you like those go for it! I also read Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer and Left for Dead by Beck Weathers which were both about the 1996 Everest disaster - The movie about it came out last month. It was heartbreaking…

I would love to do that but unfortunately it isn't possible where I live... :( Only in the summer at the sea (if that's possible)

It does make me feel energized especially if I do it in the morning. The hardest part is the decision to get going really! Haha it would be a miracle if I ever started liking running!
