  • yeah platues are hard to get over. try doing something different, join a class you've never done before. I heard Hot Yoga is really good!
  • i'm the same way. I was on a good streak for a while, then fell off. I'm starting Law School in the fall and very worried if I don't get rid of this little extra weight now I never will. I am also running a 5k in September and it would help my time if I had 20 lbs less to carry with me. Good luck!

  • Great job, i'm on day two of this and i'm looking to get rid of about 20lbs. the app. tells me that i'll see about 10 lbs gone in 5 weeks. not sure if that is accurate or not but i'd be estatic if it was. your picture gives me hope!! you look fantastic.   • i'm in the same boat. Howerver, I like to have a few beers on the weekend. is it safe to make up for the calorie defecit later in the week? I know weight watchers works that way. getting extra points like we do calories for exercises. is that safe or will I end up in the starvation mode boat?
