Hello

I don't have a lot of weight to shed but I do need to get back into shape. I tend to slack off once and a while (several month stretches) and in turn, beat myself up for letting myself slide. Hopefully this site will keep me on track and discourage me from making excuses.

    i'm the same way. I was on a good streak for a while, then fell off. I'm starting Law School in the fall and very worried if I don't get rid of this little extra weight now I never will. I am also running a 5k in September and it would help my time if I had 20 lbs less to carry with me. Good luck!
