I have been using the kettle balls for aobut 2 weeks now, and I totally lovve them. I can feel it in my core and my arms. I would say go forit if you are thinking of using them.

no I am starting to work out tomorrow but I have not eaten any fast food for over a week and changed my eating habits.

that looks really good. My friend made one the other day and she used a soft shell of some kind and then spread a little olive oil on the bottom, small amount of pizza sause, then she put reduced cheese on it and mushrooms, peppers and some ground turkey on it.
