Just finished Level 3 Day 2, and it's harder then it looks i must say .. lol I seem to be enjoying it more then Level 2, all those planks sucked!

The way the program was designed, to my understanding, is Level 1 - 10 days level 2 - 10 days level 3 - 10 days Some people choose to mix it up but i did it this way.. i'll admit it gets boring some days , but i just do it anyway lol

I think most people, who dont have a heart rate monitor, log it as 20 minutes of circuit training (under cardiovascular exercise)... myfitnesspal will calculate the calories burned for you.

That's what i was thinking as well .. Thanks for your input! I do my exercises at night, after my daughter is asleep so i couldn't go for a walk as a warm up.. I'll have to search some alternatives.

Just finished level 1 day 4 .. the first day so far it felt easier ... I only struggle with the jumping jack / jump rope combo in the beginning .. the end i can do but not the beginning .. my muscles feel like they are full on cramping (not burning) to the point my legs want to give out... any tips?
