I am 5'2 started at 226, I'm 36, and now I'm 130. I do have loose skin. You cannot see it in my clothes. But I have noticed over time it is getting better. I hate, hate the loose skin on my belly but it is way better than the fat. And no one else knows it.

I love it in my protein shake, but reconstituted I thought it was gross.

I would go by your fitbit. I do zumba and wear a HRM and fit pal estimates more. Great job with the Zumba. Don't you love it?

Any extra activity will help. Maybe get up 10 minutes earlier and do some jumping jacks and jump rope. Eating a healthy diet at a deficit will increase your energy. In time you will be able to add more. Maybe getting in a couple good workouts on the weekends. The time change and warmer weather coming will help too!!

I totally understand. I will eat a snack at night and it can start the frenzy as I call it. Drinking hot tea helps or air popped popcorn. Foods with sugar in them start that chain reaction to want more and more. Well it does for me.

Thrift stores. I don't have great luck with shirts there. But find really great deals on pants and jeans in like new condition.

If you think it won't add up to much why don't you want to log it? If something has calories it counts whether you log it or not.

I have been running for a few months now. I run 5 miles and average an 11 minute mile. Maybe it is slow but, to be able to run the whole time I have set a slower pace. So 12 min is fine. Just keep up the running!! Great job!!!

I use flavored coffee k cups. I add a half and half mini moo, and stevia. 10 calories.

Do you have a microwave? You could do oatmeal. What about protein shakes?
