So I am doing great with calorie part and I'm making healthier choices. But I am just not motivated this week to exercise! Im hoping I will find that motivation soon.

So I didn't keep up with my food intake as well as I should have this weekend. But I did get in some exercise (swimming and dancing)! My weight stayed the same :( but that is better than gaining. So did not get a workout in yesterday but I did do ok on calories. But I started today off right with 30 minutes of cardio!! So maybe I will be able to get in another 30 minutes tonight or maybe make it to Zumba. Hope everyone has a great day and good luck!

So I didn't make it in time for Zumba last night but I did get in 35 minutes of Pilates. Better than nothing right? And I am getting closer to an hour a day. I still stayed within my calories so thats great. My goal today is to get a whole hour of working out in.

Monday I only fit in 20 min of exercise but I did stay below my calorie goal!! Today I am hoping to make it to the Zumba class and stay within my calorie goal.
