I've had so many people ask about this, so I thought that I would share it since Pretzel Jello is one of my absolute favorites:
Here's the recipe for the Healthy version of the pretzel jello:
Crust:
2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels (I used sticks)
1 1/3 teaspoon Truvia
1/2 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients & spread into a 9 x 13 pan, pressing firmly. Bake for 10 minutes.
Filling:
8 ounces fat free cream cheese
18 teaspoons Truvia
8 ounces fat free whipped topping (cool whip)
Blend all ingredients together and spread on top of cooled pretzel crust.
Topping:
1 (6 ounce) package sugar free strawberry jello
2 cups water
1 (16 ounce) package Private Selection sliced strawberries with Splenda (from Kroger)
Boil water & mix with strawberry jello. Add frozen strawberries. Let jello cool slighly and start to set/gel. Pour strawberry mixture on top of cream cheese mixture. Chill & serve.

** I have not tried this recipe using fresh strawberries, frozen prior to using, but this may be an option **
