actually I think thats true. sometimes at work I'll suck on those atomic fire ball candies and they'll totally kill the pangs.

By the way I've always lost more weight when I consume around 1400-1600 when exercising. Probably because my body doesn't think its starving and conserve fat!

Many people have told me I need to eat back at least 2/3 of my exercise calories. MFP gives those calories back to you because your body isnt supposed to have less than 1200 net calories to function properly and lose weight. Theres a science to it! But I am no doctor...

I usually eat after workouts but its in the afternoon that I get hunger pangs. gahh!

just had 100 calorie french toast. -1 pc Sarah Lee 45 Calorie whole wheat bread -1/4 cup egg beaters -Cinnamon -Salt -0 Cal Spray oil -1/4 cup Sugar free maple syrup YUM.

My fave 100 calorie snack is 9 Miltons whole grain crackers (65 calories) with one 35 calorie laughing cow cheese wedge. So good, so filling!

I don't go out to restaurants very often. I just mean that most meals at restaurants that I'd WANT to order are over my caloric intake for the entire day, and if its a special occasion it'd be nice to every once in a while order something like that. I can't imagine never being able to order a plate of pasta at an italian…

Make a taco salad with beef, spinch leaves, cabbage and salsa. Light on the meat and add a tiny bit of cheese if you must.

I'm doing this too! I love juicing & luckily live next to a food co-op so I can get great local organic greens. I love the movie Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. You will feel guilty and you won't be able to move on and get over it without the shame. That's normal, although you won't get anywhere by punishing yourself. if you like sugary breakfast, make french toast!!! I use 45 calorie slices of whole grain bread (sara lee), and egg beaters to dip it in (30 calories/1 whole egg serving). I add cinnimon & salt to the egg beaters, soak the bread in it, fry it in a pan with 0 calorie spray oil, and measure out one serving of REAL maple…

I can totally relate, since I've been like that my whole dieting life untill I started counting calories! Counting calories has made me realize that somewhere in the middle is better than all or nothing! thats why I love MFP! :smile:
