cutting fat - BODY BUILDERS
I'm fine with my size & my weight at this point, I just really would like to start cutting fat but retaining as much muscle as possible. I need some advice... maybe from body builders? about what kinds of food to eat/ proportions. Am I doomed to only eat chicken breast and salad? HELP?

saving calories for the PM?
So, I'm back on 1200 instead of 1500. And I KNOW this is bad, but I've been enjoying saving my calories for dinner. high protien diets causing bloat

high protien/low carb..calories?
I know no matter what you eat your caloric intake should be monitored but I've been eating very low carb, low fat, high protein (lean chicken & fish, eggs) and still eating around 1600. just discovered something awesome! (protien shakes)
If you want to double the volume of your pre-packaged protein shake, shake it up with ice in a jar or in a drink mixer. It doubles in volume not to mention becomes icey cold and frothy like a milkshake. TRY IT!
