When the weight creeps back!

For the past few months I haven't really been watching calories and I didn't realize how slowly it crept up on me without me feeling like I had even gained anything. My highest weight at 5'2" was 158, two or three years ago. Last summer I got down to 118, the happiest summer of my life. Since then up to only 2 or 3 months ago Ive maintained between 122 and 125. This last month I have been eating crap and starting to actually feel pudgy around the middle when I go shopping for summer clothes. Scared to weigh myself, I started working out like crazy and counting calories again. I felt like I had lost a few pounds as my stomach and legs were much slimmer and my clothes fit much better, so I decided to weigh myself. I WEIGHED 130 today! So I must've at least gotten up to 134-135 this past month, which is 16-17 pound weight gain since last summer! EEK. It happens easier than you think. Anyways, At 130, I still have 12 pounds to lose before I reach my lowest weight again.
