I hope to reach my goal weight by the beginning of summer, so I plan to reward myself with a vacation to somewhere tropical where I can wear summer dresses, shorts, short skirts, and bikini tops! worry free! :)

Thats a good point, I don't do enough strengh training. The only thing I lift weights for is my triceps. Wing prevention! hahah

Sometimes I get discouraged when I wait an entire week for a weigh in feeling the same way, that I had tried really hard and surely would see results. Then I get on the scale and weigh heavier than the last week! Nothing is more frustrating. Our bodies do weird things we can't explain or justify sometimes. But as long as…
