Agreed on the expected vs actual timeline. I just turned 24, and thought I'd have it figured out by now, but that hasn't quite happened yet =P I just want to be able to fit in a normal clothing size, and to have what I look like in the mirror match my mental image of what I feel like. I'm also petite 4'11", SW 140ish when…

Count me in! 23 (24 in a few weeks), 4'11". I think I started at 135 or so, now down to 121 (not sure how accurate my scale is, though), and GW of 110. I work at a school full-time and don't have a smartphone, so counting calories during the day is a pain, so I'm trying to figure out a good system for me.

I'll be your friend! I'm trying to lose about the same amount of weight, not doing Insanity though. Let's keep each other on track!

I'll be your friend here! I'd been putting off losing weight because I didn't want my bad eating habits to resurface, but it's finally making sense now. Let's do it together =D

Will add you! 23f, graduated from college last year, and working as a math teacher/tutor. I did a pretty good job keeping my weight in check senior year of college, but kinda fell off when my job now is way less active than I was expecting.

If you're concerned about empty calories in the flavoring, mix the plain yogurt with actual fruit instead. Frozen raspberries or blueberries, or chopped bananas or apples with cinnamon. You get the flavor, plus another serving of fruit and nutrients.
