has anyone tried Ovisitol? I just started it yesterday. I have had 1 AF since having my son two years ago! Hoping this, coupled with diet and exercise will help. Anyone experience with this specific combination brand?

We make corned venison out of it. It is like candy. It is so much better than any corned beef I have ever had, and I don't really like corned beef. Google the recipe and try it! SO GOOD!

Hmm....thats the one I use as well. I do keep going, and I click on the right one. But for some reason the app keeps advancing as though I haven't repeated any days. Very strange.

If you try it, let me know what you think!

I threw a little leftover spaghetti squash in, but really, the cabbage is so great in this dish!

Hello Ladies! Like all of you, we are struggling to conceive- Hubby tests great, I just don't ovulate. My OBGYN put me on multiple rounds of Clomid, but no success, so I moved on to an RE. I started October 2012 at 317. I currently am at 245 (4'5"). My RE will not put me on any other medication until I get down to 240 (a…

Easy Healthy Alfredo: cooked spaghetti squash jar light alfredo sauce (there are a bunch of different brands) cut up rotisserie chicken. Done. if you want to get real adventurous, cook some onions and mushrooms before hand and add them!

any particular brand?

Anyone is welcome to add me....I don't always comment too much, but my diary is open, and I eat what I like to call "real people food" lol :) nothing wrong with shakes, etc, but just not for me! Good luck on your journies!

This lentil salad looks excellent! I have never actually made anything with lentils, so it might be a fun experiment! Thank you!

I like the chili idea, however, we just had a "chili cook off" a couple of weeks ago..... I usually bring a couple dishes, and people have been asking what I will be making this year, but I am in a slump!

I am curious as well. I have taken it 5 times in the past, and like clockwork, AF will show up 2 days after the last pill. Well, I just finished my last pill 3 days ago, and nothing at all this time, so I don't know what is going on. The Drs. will say 5-10 days after. So I guess we just wait longer.

I had a BMI of almost 52 when my OBGYN put me on Clomid. I did 5 rounds at different doses, and only ovulated once, so she referred me to a specialist. Now that I have a BMI of about 43 (5'4" 250 pounds), my RE will only prescribe me a different type of fertility med once I lose another 10 pounds (BMI of 42). Apparently,…

I agree- best to be upfront and honest. It is sometimes an uncomfortable conversation, but you have to have it. Also, with PCOS, its possible you end up having to do IUI or IVF, which would require a male deposit :) If your husband is like my husband, he needs some time to process that thought.... :)

I am around 1300 calories, and its all real food. I refuse to drink my meal from a straw (aka...juicing and protein shakes ;) ) would love for new friends to see their calorie tracker and meals!

Add me too! I could use a little extra motivation as well.....per the Dr. request and my own personal goal, I need to lose another 20 pounds by December!

what about baking some chicken breasts? you could coat hers in a little panko breading or somethign and cut them in smaller pieces like chicken nuggets? or turkey burgers and have her help you make her own?

It really doesn't taste like squash...it is a sweeter soup, despite being packed full of vegetables! This is the recipe I used from all recipes with modifications: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/butternut-squash-soup/ I also sauteed carrots and celery. and I added some mushroom and pepper. Its a really adaptable recipe for…

Butternut squash soup is cheap, easy, and healthy....especially considering the low price of squash right now. Google recipes, there are tons out there. I always swap the cream or cream cheese with some skim milk and laughing cow cheese....

~Deviled eggs (made with 1/2 mustard, 1/2 light miracle whip, or garlic hummus). ~Caprese salad is usually a huge hit....chop up tomatoes, basil and mozzarella with balsamic vinegar (typically, it is served in slices, but I find chopping it up and putting it in a bowl goes a lot further for parties like this. Plus, you can…

dip in a little flour with some old bay seasoning, egg, and then panko. Bake on top of a cookie cooling rack in the oven at 425 for about 15-20 min. Tastes just like a fried fish dinner...but way cheaper and healthier!

I actually prefer a really thin crispy pizza crust, so we use tortilla as the crust. I also agree with the sauce. A good, quality can of italian tomatoes might be spendier, but so worth the flavor! We recently made a different kind of pizza- tomato base for the sauce, bleu cheese, bacon, and carmelized onions. Man, it was…
