I know the feeling. However, sadly there is a lot more to our bodies and weight loss than just eating and exercising (unfair I know). What I recommend is to open your diary so we could see what you are eating and maybe give helpful suggestions as to what may be hurting you (like sodium) and what are different alternatives.…

If you used to not work out a lot you could be retaining water. It is not good to weigh every day because of how much your body can fluctuate. Just remember 1 pound is 3500 calories if you did not eat 3500 calories over you daily intake then do not fret. It is just water and will leave soon!

I get embarrassed when it is all someone talks about. One compliment is fine but I hate when people make a spectacle of it. Makes me feel extremely embarrassed that I was as large as I was.

I drink a lot of water and I think my weight lifting plan has helped me break through them. I also zigzag my calories if I have a plateau.

I eat 1400 calories if I do not work out. I am currently doing 30 mins of cardio and then the new rules of weight lifting lifting plan. about 4 times a week.

I lift regularly at my PF and it is fine. Lot's of people lift at my gym. People just aren't being rude about it.

I buy them at express. They are a bit pricy but are great quality and fit a curvy figure nicely.
