A short, concise and to the point of "whys" to foods. Not just "this is bad, this is good" but a short explanation why. Like a quick guide to print off and hand out. I feel like if someone doesn't know why they are doing something, it is easy to go back to what they did before.

First...read the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility." If you are healthy, it shouldn't take too long to get pregnant (unless body is a bit off kilter from just coming off birth control) seeing how a woman can only conceive 1-3 days in her cycle. Make green tea, refrigerate it and use it in smoothies. Everything else will help mask the taste. Also your tatste buds will adjust every 2-3 weeks. If you can drink it for that long, it may start to taste good (or at least tolerable).

My favorite youtube channel is ZuzkaLight or www.zuzkalight.com. And for strength training www.lovingfit.com

Raw spinach. Do not be scared. If you just add a handful (20-25g) you definitely will not taste it. Like the one pal said, it will change the color, not the taste.

YES! I also like to add ground flax meal, coconut flour will thicken real fast, or chia seeds. They all add a lot of fiber!
