  • Well, I didn't. A short 15-minute walk/arms with Leslie that I found on YouTube. I took it a little easy since it's been a while but I made it and it felt sooo good. I feel good enough from today to move my walk time up tomorrow. To make both feel better about steps, I logged 152,168 steps in January.
