  • I am at 100 lbs lost my hubby about the same. One of the things we are doing now that we wish we would have done all along is weight training. We can't afford a gym so we use fitness blender website for many of their arm workouts with dumbbells and kettleballs. Hope that helps and good luck 76 lbs is amazing
