I eat it all the time as well as the pasta and noodles. I love it.. Of course it won't taste good on its own but after adding A LOT of veg and some sauce it is perfect and most of my meals I made were under 100 calories! PERFECT. it's my life saver. They have them on a penny sale in Holland and Barrett which is even better…

I will try make it balanced, eat lots of veg and chicken without sauce, stay away from fried foods.. And I will eat just fruit for the dessert ! Will have to work very hard today and Saturday and then Monday :S But I can do it! Thanks guys!

Thank you so much everyone! I needed that motivation from you all And I did quite well today - I even went for a walk and got sweaty!! I am on a good start and WILL keep it up. I won't let anything spoil it this time! :)

Thank you guys! you helped so much :) ALSO I just dreaded to weigh myself but I decided to face it and it isn't THAT bad! It is 65 kg, so not everything is ruined! That got me more motivated as well... so there I go! Starting loosing weight :)

Yeah it's about feeling good about yourself and damn I feel good about the exams, hope the results in August are good, because damn I sacrificed a lot of KGs for them! ;)

You're all really helpful :D So, I will..... -NOT check my weight for like a week :p -drink water/tea while eating - reach for healthiest options first! -eat small portions -start my calorie counting straight away after Christmas finishes :D -try to make some time for exercise!! Thanks guys!
