Can I be in too?? I've only got about 10-15lbs to lose in the first place so not exactly "on those last..." but I'm still finding it sooo diffiult to make much difference!

everyone's going to reply here saying "you can't spot reduce" and that overall cardio and strength training will make you lose fat from all over your body.... big bowl of high protein cereal in the morning should fill you up till lunch time! I like special k. also snack on low fat crackers and peanut butter when you're really hungry skull a big glass of water before you eat anything- a lot of the time your body confuses hunger with thirst

thanks for all the advice guys-very much appreciated... I think you're all right! Will have a healthy breakfast and go from there.... PS soooo jealous of the chocolate tasting....did they have peanut butter chocolate by any chance? :)

I agree! It's also difficult with people who have a lot more weight to lose than you who can afford to eat many more calories and will still lose heaps more weight! On and they seem to burn off more calories doing the same amount of exercise as me... so disheartening!

last night I didnt want a high calorie dinner so I mixed a bag of steamed brocolli, carrot and corn with a tin of baked beans, a sprinkle of light cheese and chilli sauce... it was actually really good!! Could also use tuna maybe?

having the exact same problem!! Ive gone way over sugars today and haven't really eat anything that bad- its's literally all come from greek yoghurt, an apple and sultanas... how frustrating! Is this going to inhibit my weight loss even If I'm really low on calories??
