I've read that some women should typically only see the true results once a month due to the monthly cycle. With that said, I usually see results even during that time.

A) He should get a divorce because it sounds like he will cheat B) Everyone should have time to go out and be have fun but not at the expense of the family, if money is tight or there are no babysitters, etc. C) What conflict is he experiencing with his wife that causes B?

When I run, sometimes for the first mile, I suck nutcrackers. I am pathetic. Maybe around 1.5 miles in, I hit what I call the zone. Maybe you just need to find that place where your body has adjusted and you've hit the right "happy place."

I can break in a good pair (that works for my feet b/c I go to the running shop where they really work with you on choosing) very quickly. It's the ones you buy off the shelf that take some breaking in to see if you're a good match.

Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. She starts you off slow and easy in the first phase. I'd say phase 2, depends on your fitness level, you can always re-do phase one, if you need to. Good luck :) Just take it one day at a time, honestly. You'll see quick progress if you stick with it. I did!

I got a good core workout from it. I only did part 1. I tried part 2 one day and was like...yeah not quite up for this lol. Maybe I am at this point now but it's a good workout.

I'm a runner but I've been temporarily side lined with a rolled foot....I had aspirations of a half marathon. Not sure now thou.

There are going to be tough times and hard days. That's a no brainer. I went through a divorce (which will be final this coming July) where there were some hard realizations of things I wasn't aware of during the entire 10 year relationship. I'm very busty :) I run 3x a week and double up. lol. Yeah, I'm SURRRREEE someone somewhere has tried them all on and has found one or two perfect ones but I'm impatient. That's my solution and I'm sticking to it. I'll also buy the $10 for 3 from Walmart or Target, cheapo kind and just double up. No complaints here.

I would try sampling out simple meals that you like. In lieu of things like lean cuisines, I would have a turkey burger (which is relatively easy to make). Or I pick up a spinach salad from costco on a weekly basis, where the portion is HUGE and fills at least 1-3 meals of my week.

I'm 5'3 -- started at 1400 -- saw results, tried 1200 out of curiousity for a week, which was fine as long as I ate my exercise calories but as soon as I started p90x, I had to increase to 1400... I'm seeing results in either range but I feel better about 1400....

Kudos to you for taking care of him. As a single Mom, I do a lot of DVD workouts. p90x, Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, etc. etc. etc.

How's your breathing? Do you have a steady rhythm? I always find, in through my nose - out through my mouth will take me through. I've used that forever. Also, keep a pace where you can talk when you begin. If you push further than that, then you end up with what you have, a stitch in your side.... Other things that help…
