It's not that I can't control it, it's that I feel terrible after eating it.. With it being nearly 350cal/ sandwich, I just can't do it.. Because with my apple, and 30 special k chips I would eat with it, it becomes a 550 cal lunch which I cannot to.. It has to be 400 or less if I will eat it guilt free...

Yeah they don't the only thing I find is 584 or something like that. I doubt that's true so I'm getting the dragonfire chicken for the first time ever. It's 467 cals or something. Hope it's good

I do everyday of my life... hate it so muh I just want to go back to eating the way I used to and I am tying to do that but its so hard to get out of the stage of looking at the alories on tha package before thinking about eating something...

Hmm thats interesting I ne'er thought about eating mcdonalds in moderation I just canceled it out completely. I might try it again but not sure. I have been off fast food for a year and a half so I may try it again.

All these sound pert great and about the moderation eating I agree with you guys! I've gone back to eating all the stuff I love except fast foods and other resturaunts and take outs but in moderation since I'm not trying to lose weight anymore

Best of luck but you don't need to give up any foods you eat already.. just eat them in the right combinations.
