I am not a vegan/vegetaian. I really only eat steak and some chicken. but I had chicken and steak today so I don't wanna repeat the next day. i hate doing that lol and if I have to, then I will add some blue diamond all natural almonds

I am lactose intoleerant to an extent. i can't eat a much of it or i get sick. and i don't know what kinda protein to add i only eat like steak or turkey or something. Well with me, only 17 years into my life, I would change it all. Never eat pizza, oreos, or any sweets. Than maybe I'd be a skinny guy and not have the problems I have now

I don't starve myself during the day I eat 200-300 calories for breakfast and lunch. I eat at night because I have gotten used to enjoying myself a bowl of cereal or a nice snack at night. You have a great point too. My parents used to be the skinniest people back in their 30s but ever since they had my sister and me, they have become obese. They don't like walks too much especially my dad and I'm scared very much for my health as well but I just don't know what too do anymore...
