I also create and then it gets saved under your excersices. I also use my HRM and it has hepled me tremendouly since the estimates were way off.

I also don't pay to much attention to sugars because I get them from natural sources. Of course to much of a good thing can be bad but if your eating the fruit in moderation then you should be good.

I have really been considering getting a scale. When I began using measuring cups and spoons for everything I started to realize that I was over guesstimating everything so now im wondering if im wrong when I estimate 4oz of chicken for example.

My previous job was a desk job and I used to do jumping jack and lunge hops. lol

I've always been between 130-140 but I hold a lot of fat on my thighs and hips. I've gotten down to 127 but still my body wasn't looking how I wanted. I believe that weight has little to do with it. One could be 140 with extra fat or 140 of muscle. I will know my goal when I see my body composition change. :)
