Hi Ive spoken to a nutritionist friend of mine about this and she said as long you should still eat the full calories allowance to ensure after exercise you have still had the minimum calories intake into your body. eg mine is 1260 per day, so if I do 300 calories worth of exercise, i should eat those 300 calories…
