has anyone done this 9 day detox, ive bought it (expensive!!) now im a little hesistant, ive been dieting using MFP and calorie counting for 1.5 years and want to kickstart my diet further.. It sounds like a starvation diet which does worry me with lots of supplements,. What have peoples experiences been with this?
