I have a nutribullet and I love mine. It makes my juices smooth. I even use it for my Herbalife shakes with fruit.

How long have you been doing Herbalife? If you use the Formula 1 with the Protein Drink Mix it will be 190 calories. This is with water. Which products are you using?

I use Herbalife or Kelloggs Special K shakes when I want something quick fast and in a hurry. Good luck !!

I am 5' and at my highest weight of 280 right now. I could also use the support of friends. I keep slacking and not tracking here but as of today I am trying hard again. I would like to get down to 140 eventually. Right now I have a small goal of losing 40 lbs. Then i will take it from there.

I feel this site has a good tracking system. I use some other sites and I can never find what i'm looking for. With MFP i always find everything.
