Herbalife and Insanity NG

I'm following the Insanity Nutrition Guide, and it says I have to eat about 1700 calories a day, and I have to eat 5 times a day. So I will eat 3x 300 cals and 2x 250. For the 2x 250, I want to drink a Herbalife shake. But I'm concerned it's too much calories.

    How long have you been doing Herbalife? If you use the Formula 1 with the Protein Drink Mix it will be 190 calories. This is with water. Which products are you using?

    if the shake is 250 cals, and u want to ingest 250 cals, how is that too many?

    (3x 300) (2x 250) = 1,400. You still have 300 calories left.
