guys 126lbs is alot for someone who is 5'0.. i dont get it why people with good heights dont get this.. so yes i need to lose weight and yes i am focusing on toning too..

oh yes i am.. so i am asian and the part from where i belong we always have fats in our homemade dishes.. i am not on any particular diet. i just eat in moderation..

Actually i dont hace a problem with brown bread.. Its my mother. She doesnt let me eat it.. She says that you are eating too healthy already a lil bit unhealthy is fine. Plus you wont continue this thing life long and she is right abt that..

hi i am 5ft and i started at 152 lbs.. am 124lbs now.. yes you can do it by walking alone.. i lost my first 18 pounds in three months by walking .. so yess you can.. best of luck

Thankyou you loveliess! my hips are my problem area too:( i feel so uncomfortable because of them.. I just like to wear a lose shirt so they can remain hidden. Hmph! And also the thighs!!
