not necessarily.. as much starved your body is the more it will hold on to water and that makes you gain water weight and it makes your body also difficult to lose that remaining fat as it feels it will be deprived of nutrients..

dude yeah you are eating waaay too low :o i currently eat 1600 calories and i dont workout that much as u do :/ go calculate your tdee and bmr.. its probabaly like u should be eating above your bmr and below your tdee... what one of my pal told here was one should eat tdee-20 percent

yeah cinnamon and honey does work actually but not in the long term.. the mixture or drink only helps yot to lose water weight and remove toxins from your body... so yeah if you are looking forward to have just that boost that helps you lose weight go fot it but in the long term you do have to exercise and maintain your…

ok people i am 5'0 and myfitnesspal told me to eat 1200 cals/day.. and its just impossible... waht i do is i make it like 1400-1500 and then i dont eat back my exercise calories.. and that way i am 1200cals/day.. oh and yeah i am losing weight slowly which i like :) and maintained it for two months in which i didnt count…
