Books. In this day and age of "ebooks" I still find myself preferring that paper in my hands. So I have tons and tons of books lining my shelves, and STILL buy more of them. I am also a body jewelry and shoe addict. Oh, and plants.

I seem to lose from my legs and bust first, while stomach stays the same forever. And of course when I gain it goes right back to my stomach! It's pretty annoying, I agree!

For some variety try V-8 juice too ... it really helped me get int the veggies when I was on a liquid diet. I got pretty tired of sweet stuff, ie smoothies and shakes, and the V-8 offered something more "tangy."

I stick to water and teas, with juices thrown in at times, but occasionally let myself have a Pepsi One. Sadly I reached my goal once! I bought a ton of clothes that fit me at that weight, then have slowly gained back 20 pounds. So ... I would say when I reach my goal (again) I will be able to comfortably wear those clothes again. Also I must add that once I reach my goal, this time I plan to make maintenance a priority.…

You don't say what kind of pizza - there's a huge difference between a Tostino party pizza and a large Pizza Hut deep-dish pizza, for example ... I am 5'9 and as I get older I find that I can't get "too thin" or I look gaunt and unhealthy. I feel I look best in the 170 - 180 range, as long as I am toned and have lean muscle mass.

I look best in boot-cut jeans with a mid-rise. I have to get mine either in "tall" (Lane Bryant is a good one for that) or I buy men's pants in general, because I have long legs.

My easy go-to is plain greek yogart with some fruit mixed in. I tend to eat light when I first get up, then after my workout, I will eat more. I do a lot of smoothies, with whatever frozen fruit I have on hand. Right now am having cream of wheat with unsweetened applesauce and cinnamon mixed in.

It's my understanding that sex does not give much of a cardio workout ... since a cardio workout technically requires raising and maintaining your heartbeat/pulse for at least 20 minutes. I guess it would depend on the type, and the energy level, and length of the activity?

About once or twice a week. When I blow it off for awhile, it seems like the weight starts coming back. But if I do it daily, the fluctuations can drive me nuts!

Don't do it don't do it don't give up! I try to look at overall progress versus daily or even weekly. We all have our platueas and set-backs but if you are on the right path (and you know if you are) then don't let the numbers on the scale get you down too much.

I am mostly vegetarian, with two kids who are total vegetarians, and there are so many options out there that do not involve meat.
