Eat the donut! Haha it's okay. Don't skip your last meal to compensate. If you go over your calorie goal for a day it will not ruin your whole week (even if you don't cut the other days). Just enjoy yourself then get back on your regimen for tomorrow/ your next meal.

Went from 265-260 (HW) to 175. Feeling great!

Did this for today as well. I succeeded in eating slower and drinking more water! Oddly enough, I still feel dehydrated although I drank a lot. As for those snacks, that could've been better. Went over by 50ish. Will do better tomorrow! Hope everyone is having a great day!
