It happens. Don't beat yourself up about it. Just keep trying. I personally just don't eat them. The longer you go without it, the easier it gets (of course after the first few days). I once gave myself a day to eat whatever I wanted, and the foods didn't taste as good as I thought they would. Cravings are always tastier…
