I'm in for 20 miles. It might be a stupid question, but do you all include your warm-up/cool down mileage? Should I cut those out and only count the times I'm running or jogging?

I agree! It depends on how much she's eating (and what she's eating) in her window from 6-8. It's similar to an advanced intermittent fasting diet, which (by itself) doesn't lead to starvation of malnutrition. It's what she's eating. But yeah, 60 pounds is possible!

I do 19:5 most days. I like eating within a window. It also aids with cravings (or maybe keto is aiding with this) and helps me drink more water. I think it's good that you're doing 16:8 with your goals because it's harder to eat more calories in a small window! You can add me too!

I did 20:4 and found that gave me stomach pains. I now do 19:5 with slightly less pain, but still some from high leptin levels. Anything over 6 hours is too big of a window for me. Good results so far!
