Delish!! I just had a lot of calories left today and made a huge one that was a total of 4 servings! then topped it with some bananas foster and a scoop of Piña Colada ice cream i made! :D

I'm glad everybody's liking the recipe! I bought a box of HErshey's cocoa pastw eek and already spent it D: so no brownies for me until i go back to the supermarket, lol! And yeah i want to specify that the applesauce i used is the one by Musselman's Unsweetened NAtural Applesauce which is 50 cals per 1/2 cup (122 grams)

I'm glad you enjoyed it! YOu have to be careful with cooking times because if you over cook it it will become chalky... Also i would suggest adding some sugar free chocolate syrup or mix it with a low calorie ice cream :)

Maybe substituting it with a TBSP of powdered peanut butter or 2 but the calories will add up

Great idea! Please let me know when u try it! And im glad u all liked it! ;) Ive tried many mug cake recipes and this has been the best so far You can also try adding a piece of dark chocolate or caramel in the center of the brownie in the last minutes of cooking and then u got a type of molten lava cake!

You can still substitute for another sweetener, maybe Truvia or maple syrup but calories may increase of course

Exactly, Lizano sauce is the one i call salsa inglesa, it fits perfectly ;) and that's a refreshing alternative!

Gallo Pinto!! :) Try it adding onion and sweet peppers also dressings it with some "Salsa inglesa" or sour cream and add some fried sweet plantains, a corn tortilla , some eggs & piece of cheese to your plate and there you have a typical costa rican breakfast! ;)

Lol! i actually measure everything so it really is 45 cals cause i only eat 50 grams of a banana (1/2 banana) and no i'm not trying to loose weight, i'm actually on reverse dieting, i usually save calories for intense cravings at night
