Oh okay i didnt knew it was setted automatically, i use the Polar FT4 and no, i just was curious, i feel the targets that the HRM setted for me are okay, i dont feel like under or over training when i'm in the zone

Actually it is possible, i burn 200-300 in 25 minutes and i use a HRM, but it all depends on your heart rate, height, age, weight and gender...

I just purchased the Polar FT4 and it's amazing, really, go get one! It will amaze you how much you really burn, and it gives you more confidence to add more calories :)
